SA Flag is owned and operated by Ginger Group (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
1.3 By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian to make purchases.
2. Products & Availability
2.1 We strive to ensure all products listed are available and correctly described. However, stock levels may vary, and we cannot guarantee availability until payment has been confirmed.
2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments are processed securely via Payfast, our third-party payment gateway.
3.3 We accept major payment methods as offered through Payfast, including credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and other supported options.
3.4 Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Deliveries are handled by Bob Go, our courier partner.
4.2 Delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Major centers: 2–5 working days
- Outlying/Regional areas: 3–7 working days
4.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4.4 Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
4.5 We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, strikes, public holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 If you are unhappy with your purchase (other than defective items), you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
5.2 Returns must include a completed returns form stating the reason for return.
5.3 A R90 courier collection fee may apply for non-defective returns.
5.4 Refunds will be processed in full once the returned goods have been inspected. If the product was received as a gift, it may only be exchanged for goods of the same value.
5.5 Defective or faulty goods may be returned within 6 months of purchase, provided they have been used only for their intended purpose and cared for according to instructions.
5.6 Personalised or custom-printed items (e.g., with names or numbers) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6. Cancellations
6.1 Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
6.2 Once an order has been shipped, it will need to follow the returns process outlined in Section 5.
7. Liability
7.1 We take no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our products if they have not been used for their intended purpose.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginger Group (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 We respect your privacy and comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
8.2 Personal details collected during the ordering process are used solely to process your order and improve our services.
8.3 We do not store or have access to your banking or card details. All payments are securely processed via Payfast.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ginger Group (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
