Refund and Returns Policy
At SA Flag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order (for reasons other than a defect), you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
General Returns
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- You can contact our customer service team, and we will arrange a courier collection within 3–10 working days.
- A returns form must be completed, stating the reason for return, and the goods must be packed securely in the original packaging.
- For non-defective returns via courier, a R90 collection fee may apply.
- Refunds will be processed in full. If the item was received as a gift, it can only be exchanged for another product of the same value.
Faulty or Defective Goods
- If an item is faulty or defective, it may be returned within 6 months of purchase, provided:
- It has been used only for its intended purpose, and
- It has been cared for according to the product instructions.
Personalised Items
- Items that have been personalised or printed with a name/number cannot be returned or refunded.
- Please double-check sizes and details before requesting personalisation, as changes cannot be made afterward.
