At SA Flag, we make use of Bob Go, a trusted delivery partner, to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Outlying / Regional Areas: Delivery may take 3-7 working days depending on the location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

In some cases, free delivery promotions may apply - these will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS from Bob Go.

You can track the progress of your delivery in real time.

Delivery Requirements

Deliveries will be made to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during working hours.

If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Secure Payments

Online payments are processed securely through PayFast. The holding business account for PayFast is held with GINGER GROUP PTY LTD.

PayFast gives customers a trusted checkout experience with a range of card, wallet, cash and scan-to-pay options. Available payment options may depend on the checkout setup, issuing bank, device, order value and PayFast availability at the time of payment.

Planning a larger order for an event, shop, school, team, travel group, hamper, or corporate gifting project? SA Flag offers automatic bulk savings on selected products, with extra support available for larger or more customised orders.

Automatic Bulk Discounts

10+ units: Save 10% automatically when you add 10 or more of the same product to cart.

50+ units: Save 20% automatically when you add 50 or more of the same product to cart.

The discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout.

Orders Over 50 Units

For quantities above 50 units, please contact us before placing your order. We can help confirm stock availability, delivery timing, and whether a better bulk quote is available based on the product and quantity required.

Custom Design or Product Changes

If you would like a custom design, branding change, name/number print, colour adjustment, or a change to an existing product, please contact us before ordering.

Custom requests may require minimum order quantities, artwork or logo files, extra production time, a custom quotation, and final artwork approval before production.

How to Request Help

Send us a WhatsApp message or email with the product name, quantity required, delivery location, deadline, and any custom design details. We will guide you through the best option before you buy.

Refund and Returns Policy

At SA Flag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, for reasons other than a defect, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

General Returns

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

You can contact our customer service team, and we will arrange a courier collection within 3-10 working days.

A returns form must be completed, stating the reason for return, and the goods must be packed securely in the original packaging.

For non-defective returns via courier, a R90 collection fee may apply.

Refunds will be processed in full. If the item was received as a gift, it can only be exchanged for another product of the same value.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If an item is faulty or defective, it may be returned within 6 months of purchase, provided:

It has been used only for its intended purpose, and it has been cared for according to the product instructions.

Personalised Items

Items that have been personalised or printed with a name/number cannot be returned or refunded.

Please double-check sizes and details before requesting personalisation, as changes cannot be made afterward.
